Maureen Sampson (Nodruff)

Sandy, her older sister, and her sister's future mother in law, and I worked together at the hospital kitchen.  Sandy worked the dishwasing machine and set up trays while I got to dip soup and disinfect the pots and pans. Later on we both got promoted:  me to salad girl and Sandra to asst. cook.  We worked for Ms. Size more and Steve and Paulette Cluver's mother Jeanette. We often worked holidays and early summer morning swing shifts together and shared many laughs and pranks.  Sandy and her older sister were a great team and I always felt comfortable when I would check the work schedule and see that I was scheduled to work on their shift.  Sandy was always helpful, friendly, kind, and upbeat.  Rest in peace, Sandy, you are gone but not forgotten
